My name is Alison Inverarity, and I know what it's like to push your body to its limits.

As an Olympic high jumper, recovery wasn't a luxury or an afterthought — it was essential. The training, the discipline, the competition — all of it depended on how well I looked after my body between sessions. Active recovery was what kept me performing at the highest level, day after day.

Years later, I'm still moving. Still training. Still showing up for myself — at the gym, on the pilates reformer, in my garden and everywhere in between! And I still believe what I learned on the track — that how you recover is just as important as how you train.

But as life gets busier and the years stack up, I wanted something more. Simple, effective tools I could use at home and at work — without appointments, without fuss and without having to choose between looking after myself and getting on with life.
